*All Party Packages must be paid 7 days prior to the party. Including Characters, Performers, Rentals and Our party Venue, downgraded party packages, Cancellations or Cash Refunds require 10 day notice from the original date reserved. If you are beyond your cancellation period, your deposit is held as a credit with Birthday N The Box for one year for the same or comparable service. Your credit is non-transferable.

Changes must be in 48 hours prior to event. There are no changes the same day of the event.

All rentals require a minimum of 72 hour notice.

We may take pictures of our attractions or guests engaging with characters or equipment at your event for our social media page and Marketing purposes only.

*Delivery

*No same day delivery for Characters or Attractions. We recommend you reserve your Party, Attraction or Characters the minimum of 30 days in advance. We require at least 72 hours in advance.

*All deliveries are calculated in our system. Customer would enter their location, our system will calculate based on time, mileage and set up.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL RENTALS!

If you cancel your characters/Attraction rental or party at Party Venue or downgrade your party package at our venue, 20 Days or more prior to your event, your full deposit is refundable.

If you cancel 10-19 days prior to event. You will receive a credit for your $100 deposit for future use. Cancelling 9 days up to your event, you may forfeit your $100 deposit.

Cancellations 48 hours up to the Same day cancellations may forfeit the total payment. This is a case by case scenario. We reserve inventory based on first come first serve basis.

. We reserve inventory based on a first come first serve basis. We are a private venue and host one Party at a time, if you cancel your party last minute we may not recover the fees already spent to host your party.

If you have a credit, Your credit will be good for one year and can only be used for the same service.

Outdoor Weather related cancellations only!

Please make your weather related cancellations at minimum of 72 hours prior to your event to receive a full credit of $100. Canceling 24-48 hours and Same day cancellations is a forfeiture of payment. Birthday N The Box shall have the sole and unilateral right to cancel deliveries should the weather not be conducive for the set up and safe operation of your inflatables.

Regarding Inflatables: We monitor the forecast @ www.weather.com. If Weather.com is forecasting a 40% or greater chance of rain on the day of your event, you may elect to cancel your order with 72 hours prior notice and receive a credit of $100. This policy does not apply to tables and chair rentals, animal rides or characters. (These attractions are under our standard cancellation policy.) Birthday N The Box will provide a credit/ rain check for the amount of your payment to be used on a future date for any item you choose to order. (Good for 1 year . Including Characters, Performers, and Parties at our venue.) This is only permitted with weather cancellations with 72 Hours or more cancellation notice.

OUTDOOR RENTALS! Inventory is being reserved for your event that would otherwise be rented to others. It is your responsibility to have an indoor option or other alternative location for your event in the case of weather related issues.

Inflatables cannot be operated in rain, lightning or high winds. Birthday N The Box encourage all of our customers to have full use and safe enjoyment of their inflatable rental.

Unfortunately, once our delivery has arrived at your event, all the costs of providing a clean and sanitized inflatable have been incurred. Birthday N The Box cannot provide refunds/credits for limited or no use due to weather

We will reschedule your inflatable rental or A credit used for a future event will be provided for events cancelled due to weather pursuant to the policies below.

  • High winds over 15 mph
  • Rain, Thunderstorms or lightning
  • Below 55 Degrees

Any inflatables more than 80 feet from street or transporting up or down stairs will be an additional cost..

We require Access close to the entrance of setup.

We do not provide attractions in public parks or overnight.

We do not rent outside inflatables after mid October-late May.

PARTY PERFORMERS/CHARACTERS

Party Character visits require a 72 hour notice for an appearance. No same day reservations. BIRTHDAY N The BOX staff will call 3-5 DAYS prior to delivery to confirm details, make allowable changes and finalize balance.

Party Characters are a 30 minute performance for the safety of the performer. If you request an hour, you will be charged an additional party package which includes a 1/2 hour break for the performer. The Character and staff will sing Happy Birthday, take pictures, dance and play games. Party Characters are only available to go to physical locations with a physical address.

If your event is at a public venue, like restaurants, play park, school etc. you must be present at the entrance. Please ensure parking and a easy entrance to your event. Otherwise, we are not responsible for the time it may take to find parking, the distance from our vehicle to your event, the length of time it takes to get to your party room or rented space once we are at your venue. Please, consider these situations and make the extra effort to make your event seamless by Communicating with the staff at your venue. Please inform them about the entertainment you have hired.

If they can not designate a parking spot near the entrance and an easy entrance to the party room, which avoid other customers and children. This may encounter challenges and a delay in getting to the party room.

There are no refunds issued or time adjustments due to an inconvenience of reaching our customer once we are at your location.

Private Kids party package

The kids venue is a party space for kids under 10. The party room accommodates maximum of 20 kids. If the party package selected includes the adult room, Please do not exceed the maximum capacity for this set up of 42 guests. Maximum capacity is enforced for the safety of the children.

Downgraded packages from 3, 4 hour party reservations to 2 hour reservations, must be submitted 15 days prior to party.

Customers are responsible for taking all items brought into the facility. Party coordinator will wipe and disinfect all chairs, tables, play structures and vacuum.

Customers may start entering venue at the reserved time only. All setup and clean up must be done within this time frame.

Customers are responsible for the cake or cupcakes We prefer cupcakes for the simplicity. The hotdogs or slices of pizza we provide and juice are for the children. Customers can add additional pizza if they choose or purchase the food permit.

No outside food or beverages are permitted without the food permit by any guests.

The Host is responsible to enforce rules and policies.

Staff have the right to shutdown attractions or end the party if guests refuse to follow rules, policies and regulations. Or if safety is at risk for any staff or guests.

Parents must supervise their children during play.

All patrons play at their own risk.

Venue party hall packages

  • Downgrading your package, will leave an opening which could have been booked By another customer. Downgrading party packages will be available up to 15 days prior to your event. After 15 days you will be charged an additional $100-$150 for your last minute downgrade. All standard cancellation policies applies.

  • Cancellation of a 2 hour party that was originally a 2 hour party, falls under our standard cancellation policies.

  • Venue/ Hall rentals require $140-$170 cash deposit for accidental damages and additional time. Deposit is due the same day as the event and is returned, the same day!

ATTENTION:

  • Please be informed of additional cost if they arise.
  • $100-$170 per 1/2 Hour after reserved hours (We do not prorate time)
  • $150 + for any broken equipment or damages.
  • $50+ for any removed items that belong to the venue
  • $39.99 If any outside food is brought in by any guests.

Animal plush Mall Rides

Animal plush rides are battery-powered rides that hold up to 125 lbs for the big rides and up to 80 lbs for the small rides. The rides can only perform on hard floors. No grass, gravel, sand, dirt carpet , foam etc..The customer must provide a secure safe area for the riders to freely enjoy the animal rides. The rides cannot be near any streets, highways, or anywhere that will put the riders in danger. Customers can create their own barriers to keep riders inside a specific location or they can rent our inflatable track that keeps riders inside a specific location. Riders must always sit on seat and not stand on the feet rest or ride with no hands. This is very dangerous and guest can get hurt. If animal plush Mall rides are damaged upon pickup there will be a $125 repair fee charged to customer. We do not include normal wear and tear as damage. You can avoid this by supervising the riders ensuring they follow the safety rules and policies.
