Birthday N The Box is an all inclusive venue. A venue created for families who desire a setting with only their guests.
Inside Birthday N The Box, you'll find, the front venue boast Inflatables, sensory games, ball pit, interactive games and pretend play setups. While the back of the venue has an outdoor vibe ( The Backyard Breeze)and includes the Beam Interactive game and electric cars.
What time is Birthday N The Box open?
Birthday N The Box is Open to the public for Open play, events, or tours on;
- Tuesday - Friday 4:00p-7:00p
- Saturday 11:00a-7:00p by Reservation.
Birthday Parties are by Reservation and are available any day by party package availability. ( Choose your party package and choose the time associated with your package and features.
Who are Birthday N The Box customers?
Birthday N The Box can be a dual venue, and specializes in age-appropriate parties for all groups:

Yes! Our venue transitions beautifully for adult celebrations. Perfect for birthdays, showers, anniversaries etc.

Do you provide the cake?
We do not provide your cake.
Customers may bring a store bought cake or cupcakes, but we can provide them for an additional cost. (We prefer cupcakes over large cakes for easy serving.)
Can we bring outside food?
Yes, outside food is permitted with the purchase of a Food Permit ($39.99).
Can we check in early to decorate?
No early Entry is allowed only entry will be at your reserved time so our team can clean and set up between parties.
Are shoes allowed inside?
- No shoes on padded play floors (to keep the space sanitized).
- Shoes are allowed in the check in area only.
- Our venue has soft foam floors throughout customers may bring footies, slippers or booties. No shoes with a heel or outside shoes.
Can we extend our party time?
No, due to our structure, we do not allow time extension.
- Customers need to book a party package based on their expectations. (2, 3. 4 or 5 hour package).
- $75 per additional 30 minutes (if you are the last party of the day and the time is available).
- Exceeding your reserved time without notice will interrupt the next party= $100 per 30 minutes.
Can we bring goodie bags?
Yes, with a purchased Food Permit.
How do you handle cleaning & sanitation?
- Full cleaning between each party with commercialized disinfectant.
- No outdoor shoes in play areas
- Hand cleaning stations available throughout
- Sanitized equipment and surfaces after every use
Can we add more kids to our package?
Yes, up to 20 children in the party room. Pricing includes play admission, pizza, beverage, and a game prize.
Do you allow coupons?
All coupons must be entered online during booking. No coupons or discounts are honored at the venue. Your party planner may be able to apply any coupons manually 7 days prior to your party.
One coupon can be used per visit.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes, but setup time begins at your booked and paid party time—no early access. Plan the start time of your party 30 minutes later if you need time to decorate.
Do you offer activities outside of parties?
Yes! We host:
- Open Play
- Drop & Shop
- Yoga for kids
- Aerobics for kids
- Movie Night
- Parents Night out.
- Community events & open parties (reservation required to manage capacity)
Can older kids attend?
Yes, all ages are welcome. Please note Birthday N The Box:
- Play structures are designed for children (max weight: 80 lbs).
- We also have 2 arcade games, an interactive game room, and TVs.
- Adults are responsible for supervising children and any damages.
Is The play dates and events good for children with disabilities.
Yes, our venue is perfect for children with autism and other disabilities.
- Reservations are required to prevent overcrowding on play days.
- All parties are private with only the invited guests.
- We have plenty of sensory games and activities.
- The venue is very intimate. comfortable and cozy.
Do you do Fundraisers:
Yes, we offer Fundraising events to youth programs.
