  To ensure a seamless event, please adhere to our house rules, including pre-registration and time management. With our 100% private venue and comprehensive services, your party is bound to be a hit! 🌟

( Any guests under 17 using the VR or other play structures, would need to have a waiver on file and a paid wristband)

• 1. No shoes in kids play areas!
• 2. No strollers, (Please use baby carriers)!
• 3.Pre-Register once waiver link is sent
• 4. No early check in or late checkout. (If you prefer to use your own decorations, please arrange a time to bring them to the venue, prior to your event).
• 5. Events that exceed their reserved time, will be charged a fee. ( All events are guided and coordinated by a party planner).

We understand the importance of having everything in place, which is why we require all reservations to be paid one week or 5 days prior to the event date. This helps us guarantee the availability of our exclusive venue for your private, single parties and have all the features, customized items and staff in place.

Why Timely Payments Matter 📅

If your reservation remains unpaid 5 days before your event, it risks automatic system cancellation. We aim to provide the best experience possible; therefore, no customized items will be created until your balance is fully settled. Remember, these personalized items take 2-3 days to craft, so prompt payment is crucial to ensure everything is ready on time.

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction 😊

While we strive to accommodate all our guests, last-minute cancellations can pose a challenge to maintaining our high standards. If your balance isn't settled in time, and your reservation included personalized chips or Cotton Candy, you'll receive a credit of $1.50 for 12 kids or per paid admission, due to the timeframe.

Full Refund for Early Cancellations

📅 Need to adjust your plans? Cancel your event or downgrade your party package at our venue at least 20 days in advance, and we'll gladly refund your full deposit. It's our way of making sure you feel secure in your booking decisions. 🕒

Credit for Moderate Cancellations

🤝 If you find it necessary to cancel your event 10-19 days before the scheduled date, we offer a $100 credit for future use. Use it within a year for the same service, and let us help you create unforgettable memories when you're ready. 💌

Considerations for Last-Minute Changes

🔍 Sometimes, circumstances arise that prevent you from hosting your party. For cancellations made 9 days or less before your event, you may forfeit your $100 deposit. For cancellations within 48 hours to the day of the event, the total payment might be forfeited. We reserve events on a first-come, first-served basis. 📭
