When booking an Elite Package, it is crucial to pay your remaining balance 10 days prior to your event. These premium packages involve scheduling additional vendors, coordinators, and specialized staff to ensure a high-quality experience.

Our vendors require confirmed schedules, and without timely payment, we are unable to secure their services.

Every guest must sign a waiver and complete registration before participating.
Registered guests will receive a wristband upon entry to ensure privacy, safety, and exclusive access to the venue and activities.
Full Refund for Early Cancellations

Need to adjust your plans? Cancel your event or downgrade your party package at our venue at least 20 days in advance, and we'll gladly refund your full deposit. It's our way of making sure you feel secure in your booking decisions. π
Credit for Moderate Cancellations
π€ If you find it necessary to cancel your event 10-19 days before the scheduled date, we offer a $100 credit for future use. Use it within a year for the same service, and let us help you create unforgettable memories when you're ready. π
Considerations for Last-Minute Changes
π Sometimes, circumstances arise that prevent you from hosting your party. For cancellations made 9 days or less before your event, you may forfeit your $100 deposit. For cancellations within 48 hours to the day of the event, the total payment might be forfeited. We reserve events on a first-come, first-served basis. π
