Rent your Two favorite costumes for 24 Hours for your DIY party or special event.
We provide the full head to toe costume. You provide the performer. Our mascots wear well on performers no taller than 5' 11" and 215 lbs.
All costumes are disinfected and sanitized after every use. A 48-72 hour notice is required for all rentals for proper sanitation and disinfectant procedures.

The maximum allowable rental is two costumes/characters per customer.
Delivery
If you included a bounce house trio rental or Animal plush mall rides and you live in Cuyahoga County, your travel fee is waived and all equipment will be scheduled to be delivered and picked up at the same time.
Customers will receive a call 48-72 hours prior to your reserved day to confirm the rental, make any changes, answer any questions and pay balance. On the event day Customers can expect a 30 minute call/ text to alert of Costume Character arrival.
You agree to return our character/ costume in the same condition when took possession.
You the customer understands any damages from any stains, make-up stains, grass stains, extreme dirt, rips, burns, cigarette smoke, any smoke odor. Any removal of badges, buttons, medallions,any trim, pockets or any features on costume is considered severe damage.
You understand if costumes are returned damage. There will be a minimum of $50-$250 deducted. Depending on severity of damages. Any part of the costume that is lost or not returned will be a forfeiture of Costume and charged full cost of mascot.
You agree not to cook in the costumes, smoke, eat or drink. Please do not perform any risky stunts or knee sliding. Do not allow the children to jump or pull on the costumes.
Our costumes are professional and quality made. They are good for basic entertainment
Examples: Meet and greet, picture taking, simple dancing etc…. Any other activity may result in abuse of the costume and lead up to damages.
Cleaning and Sanitizing
Our costumes are professionally cleaned and sanitized after each use and cleaned and sanitized 24-48 hours prior to each and every rental. Please do not attempt to clean costumes.
Our reputation is to always rent like new condition costumes and/or characters.
Please be sure to store our costumes in a safe, clean, dry environment. Please store away from dirt, spills, bugs, BBQ grills, fumes or any hazardous areas.
By your Electronic signature at the end of reservation you agree you Have Read and understood the policies and agreements in this contract and agree to honor to the best of your ability.
What You Need To Rent From Us
To Rent our costumes you must have upon Delivery.
- A valid Ohio I.D. or Drivers License
- Major credit card on file or $250 Deposit required
- Over the age of 21
- Our online signed contract
- Monday and Tuesday Rental return f is only 5:30p-6:30
Inspections will be performed by both customer and staff.
Note any visible tears, stains or dirt. A photo of front and back should be taken by both parties.
This agreement is signed the day of the actual rental day. By signing this document you confirm you read and understand this is a contract and you understand and agree to the terms.
You also understand all equipment is owned by Parties R Us/ Birthday N the Box
Any Costumes or Equipment not returned when agreed upon is considered theft by deception and all Legal charges and legal actions will be taken immediately.
