We aim to provide the best experience possible; therefore, no customized items will be created until your balance is fully settled. Remember, these personalized items take 2-3 days to craft, so prompt payment is crucial to ensure everything is ready on time.

While we strive to accommodate all our guests, last-minute cancellations can pose a challenge to maintaining our high standards. If your balance isn't settled in time, and your reservation included personalized chips or Cotton Candy, you'll receive a credit of $1.50 for 12 kids or per paid admission, due to the timeframe.

Credit for Moderate Cancellations
🤝 If you find it necessary to cancel your event 10-19 days before the scheduled date, we offer a $100 credit for future use. Use it within a year for the same service, and let us help you create unforgettable memories when you're ready. 💌
Considerations for Last-Minute Changes
🔍 Sometimes, circumstances arise that prevent you from hosting your party. For cancellations made 9 days or less before your event, you may forfeit your $100 deposit. For cancellations within 48 hours to the day of the event, the total payment might be forfeited. We reserve events on a first-come, first-served basis. 📭
