Rent your favorite Premium Costume for 24 hours, for your DIY party or special event.
We provide the full head to toe costume. You provide the performer. Our mascots wear well on performers no taller than 5' 11" and 215 lbs.
All costumes are disinfected and sanitized after every use and before rented. A minimum of 5 day notice is required for all rentals, for proper cleaning, sanitation and disinfectant procedures.
Customers may choose a time below to arrange a pickup time or call/text us for a customized time. 216-385-9624.
We offer a complimentary courtesy evening pickup (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM) the evening prior to your scheduled rental date, subject to availability.

Costume Rental Communication & Delivery Policy
Customers will receive a confirmation call 48–72 hours prior to their reserved date.
For customers who selected delivery service, you will receive a call or text approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival on the day of your event to notify you that your character is on the way.
🌟 Please ensure your contact information is accurate and that you are available to receive communication to avoid any delays.
Agreement
You agree to return our character/ costume in the same condition when took possession.
You the customer understands any damages from any stains, make-up stains, grass stains, extreme dirt, rips, burns, cigarette smoke, any smoke odor. Any removal of badges, buttons, medallions,any trim, pockets or any features on costume is considered severe damage.
You understand if costumes are returned damage. There will be a minimum of $50-$150 deducted from $150 cash deposit or credit card on file. Depending on severity of damages. Any part of the costume that is lost or not returned will be a forfeiture and charged the cost of mascot.
You agree not to cook in the costumes, smoke, eat or drink. Please do not perform any risky stunts or knee sliding. Do not allow the children to jump or pull on the costumes.
Our costumes are professional and quality made. They are good for basic entertainment
Examples: Meet and greet, picture taking, simple dancing etc…. Any other activity may result in abuse of the costume and lead up to damages.
Cleaning and Sanitizing
Our costumes are professionally cleaned and sanitized after each use and cleaned and sanitized 24-48 hours prior to each and every rental. Please do not attempt to clean costumes.
Our reputation is to always rent like new condition costumes and/or characters.
Please be sure to store our costumes in a safe, clean, dry environment. Please store away from dirt, spills, bugs, BBQ grills, fumes or any hazardous areas.
By your Electronic signature at the end of reservation you agree you Have Read and understood the policies and agreements in this contract and agree to honor to the best of your ability.
‼️What You Need To Rent From Us‼️
To Rent our costumes you must have
Payments: Credit Card 3% +$2.50 per transaction!
We prefer Zelle by payment, to avoid additional cost to the customer and the company.
Inspections will be performed by both customer and staff prior to releasing the character.
Note any visible tears, stains or dirt. A photo of front and back should be taken by both parties.
This "In person" agreement is signed the day of the actual rental day. By signing this document you confirm you read, understand, and agree to the terms.
You also understand all equipment is owned by Birthday N the Box.
Any Costumes or Equipment not returned when agreed upon is considered theft by deception and all Legal charges and legal actions will be taken immediately.
