Parent & Child Paint and Sip – Event Policies
We’re excited to welcome you to a special holiday experience filled with creativity, family bonding, and festive fun! Please review the following policies before reserving your spot.
1. Admission & Registration
- Admission is $19 for one parent and one child.
- Each registered participant receives 2 ornaments to decorate.
- Additional participants are $9.50 per person.
- All participants must be registered and paid for in advance.
- Children must be at least 5 years old to participate.
- Space is limited, and reservations are required.
2. Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your reservation.
- Reservations are confirmed once payment is received.
- Walk-ins are not guaranteed admission.
3. Adult Supervision
- A parent or responsible adult must remain with their child throughout the entire event.
- This is a parent-and-child bonding experience, not a drop-off activity.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children and assisting with age-appropriate activities.
4. Ornament Decorating & Supplies
- Two ornaments per participant are included.
- All standard painting and decorating supplies will be provided.
- Additional ornaments or specialty supplies may be available for an additional charge.
- Please follow all instructions for the safe use of paints, glitter, and other craft materials.
5. Food & Beverages
- Pastries and hot beverages are included with admission.
- Please notify staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before the event. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance.
6. Event Experience & Photography
- Enjoy relaxing holiday music and a welcoming environment designed to encourage parent-and-child bonding.
- Photos with our special guest are included as part of the experience.
- Please be respectful of other families’ privacy when taking or sharing photographs.
- Any photography by THE BOX for promotional purposes will be subject to appropriate parent or guardian consent.
7. Arrival & Event Time
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session to check in and get settled.
- The event runs from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
- Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled end time.
- Please plan to complete your ornaments and gather your belongings before departure.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellations must be communicated directly to THE BOX.
- Reservations canceled at least 15 days before the event may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to the terms provided at registration.
- Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event and no-shows are nonrefundable.
- If THE BOX cancels the event, registered guests will receive a refund or the option to transfer their reservation to another available date.
9. Respectful Environment
- We ask all guests to treat staff, other families, and the facility with courtesy and respect.
- THE BOX reserves the right to address disruptive or unsafe behavior to maintain a positive experience for everyone.
