Customer-Supplied Balloon & Helium Fill Policy
Thank you for choosing Party City Balloons for your helium needs! We are happy to fill customer-supplied balloons when possible. Please review our policy before bringing in your balloons.
🎈 Customer-Supplied Balloons
Customers may bring their own balloons to be filled with helium.
All customer-supplied balloons are filled at the customer’s own risk.
Party City Balloons is not responsible for balloons that pop, leak, have manufacturing defects, or fail to float after being filled.
We recommend bringing quality, helium-compatible balloons. Some balloons are not designed to float properly with helium.
Balloons that are damaged, previously inflated, stretched, old, or have visible defects may be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse to fill any balloon that appears unsafe, defective, or unsuitable for helium.
🎈 Helium Fill Pricing
Helium filling charges are based on the size and type of balloon. Additional charges may apply for specialty, oversized, shaped, or difficult-to-fill balloons.
Please ask for current helium-fill pricing before balloons are filled.
🎈 Balloon Handling
Once a customer-supplied balloon has been filled, no refunds will be given due to popping, leaking, or loss of helium.
Customers are responsible for transporting filled balloons safely.
Keep filled balloons away from heat, sharp objects, rough surfaces, and direct sunlight.
Party City Balloons is not responsible for damage that occurs after the balloons leave our store.
🎈 Latex Balloons
Latex balloons naturally lose helium more quickly than Mylar/foil balloons. Float time can vary depending on balloon quality, size, temperature, and handling.
🎈 Mylar/Foil Balloons
Customer-supplied Mylar/foil balloons must have a functioning self-sealing valve or an opening that can safely accommodate our filling equipment. Damaged or defective valves may prevent us from filling the balloon.
🎈 Special Requests
If you need balloons filled for a party, event, memorial, wedding, or large celebration, advance notice is recommended. Large orders may require a deposit and/or scheduled pickup time.
🎈 Our Goal
We want every customer to have a great balloon experience. While we will handle your balloons with care, customer-supplied balloons are not covered by the same quality guarantee as balloons purchased from Party City Balloons.
By requesting helium service for customer-supplied balloons, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.
