THE BOX – Monthly Membership Agreement

Thank you for joining THE BOX! Please review the following terms and conditions of your membership.

Membership Benefits

Your membership includes:

• Unlimited Open Play

• Access to events and programs at a discounted rate.

• Open Play Valid Tuesday – Friday during business hours of 4:00pm-7:00pm.

• Temporary Summer hours June to August will include Open Play 12:00p-3:00p and 4:00p- 7:00p

• Meeting Room availability Tuesday -Friday 4:00p-7:00p ($45 per hour).

• Temporary summer Meeting Room hours June to August will include 12:00p-3:00p as well as 4:00p-7:00p.

• Weekday party specials, promotions and discounts.

• $3.00 off Mrs. Dee's Weekend Open Play.

Membership Exclusions

Membership does not include:

• Parents Night Out

• Drop & Shop (applies to Open Play membership)

• Weekend Open Play (Discounted)

• Birthday Parties ( Except Wacky Weekdays party package)

Billing & Payment Terms

• Membership is billed monthly.

• Memberships automatically renew each month unless canceled

• Payment must be kept on file.

• Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of membership until payment is resolved.

Cancellation Policy

• Membership may be canceled at any time

• Cancellation must be requested in writing by email or in person. 14 days before membership renews

• No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time.

Usage Guidelines

• Membership is valid only Tuesday – Friday.

• Children must meet age requirements (up to 9 years old).

• Adult supervision is required at all times.

• Capacity limits may apply during busy times.

Check-In Policy

• Members must reserve online and choose payment method “A Box Member”.

• Members must check in upon arrival.

• Memberships are non-transferable.

• Valid name/account must be provided at check-in.

Guest Policy

• Guests are not included in membership.

• Guest admission is available for an additional fee if the venue is not at capacity.

Safety & Behavior

• Socks are required for all participants.

• No rough play or unsafe behavior.

• Respect for staff, equipment, and other guests is expected.

• THE BOX reserves the right to remove any individual not following rules.

Illness Policy

• Children showing signs of illness (fever, cough, etc.) are not permitted to enter.

Closures & Availability

• THE BOX may close for private events, holidays, or maintenance.

• No refunds or credits will be given for closures.

Liability Waiver

• Participation in activities is at your own risk.

• A signed waiver is required for all participants.

Limited memberships are offered to maintain quality experiences.

🔄 Cancellations & Changes
Reservations should be canceled in advance 24 hours if unable to attend your reserved Open Play.
Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.

🧼 Health & Safety
Children must be healthy and symptom-free to attend
Socks may be required in play areas
Follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.

🚫 Behavior Policy Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from play

Repeated issues may result in membership suspension or cancellation.
