*⏰ Extended Rental Option Pickups after 7:00 PM are considered an extended rental and will incur an additional $150 fee.
Extended rental pickup will occur between 11:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Delivery of Attractions:
1.Ground or Grass must be free and clear of debris.
2.No low trees or wires.
3.May be cancelled due to severe weather or high wind.
4. Adult must be present at all times
Drop off and Pick up times may be requested when available. All of Birthday N The Box inflatables are all day rentals and are set up by Birthday N The Box staff and take down.
*Please do not relocate equipment. Do not move equipment once delivered For Insurance purposes and It is against our policy.
Inflatables work best in grass with stakes but can be set up on concrete or asphalt with sandbags. Inflatable rentals can not be in operation when the wind exceeds 15 mph for customers safety. A short safety briefing ( by phone or during drop off) and tutorial will be apart of the reservation.
