If your reservation remains unpaid 5 days before your event, it risks automatic system cancellation. We aim to provide the best experience possible; therefore, no customized items will be created until your balance is fully settled. Remember, these personalized items take 2-3 days to craft, so prompt payment is crucial to ensure everything is ready on time.

🤝 If you find it necessary to cancel your event 10-19 days before the scheduled date, we offer a $100 credit for future use. Use it within a year for the same service, and let us help you create unforgettable memories when you're ready. 💌

🔍 Sometimes, circumstances arise that prevent you from hosting your party. For cancellations made 9 days or less before your event, you may forfeit your $100 deposit.
